WHAT OUR GUESTS WANT TO KNOW

We are more than happy to answer any question you may have, here are some we get often, so we thought they might help you too!

What is your minimum night stay?

We have a two night minimum stay policy, however for Le Gite and for La Maison June 1st -August 31st and December 22nd - January 1st are a minimum 5 night stay. 10% discount on 7 night bookings. Our glamping belle tents are a minimum 2 night stay throughout the season, opens last weekend of May-closes after the first weekend in September

Do we allow dogs?

We love our 4 legged friends, dogs are allowed on site but we do insist that they do not climb on the beds or the sofas

Can we fish when we stay?

Yes, we have access to a private secluded 6 acre lake with carp, tench and pike. 20 euros per person, per day. Please contact us for more details.

Is there a charge to use the spa facilities or hot tub?

There is a seprate charge to use the spa facilities at Le Gite or hot tub at La Maison. This fee goes towards the cost of the heating and cleaning, to ensure it is in tip top condition for the duration of your stay. This can be added during the booking section. Le Gite spa facilities €120, La Maison hot tub €80

How about the BBQ, do we need to bring our own supplies and clean it before we depart?

We do request that the BBQ is left clean for the next guests. However to save you the hassle of bringing your own coal etc and cleaning the BBQ before you depart we have a package to cover this for you. When you get to the check out section of your booking, there is an option to add the BBQ package (€20). This includes your first set of coals, firelighters, BBQ utensils and a deep clean at the end of your stay, so you have everything you need.

Do you offer any food options?

Yes we do! You can add on a Luxurious Bubbly Brunch, an Authentic Afternoon Tea or Elegant Evening Platter. All these can be added during the booking process on the extras page or on site. Just click on this text to take you straight to the dine with us page!

I forgot to add on an extra when i booked, can i still add these?

Of course you can, just contact us at staywithus@coeurdelavallee-normandy.com and we can add on any extras you would like.

Are Bedding and Towels Included?

Yes we include all bedding and towels. However, if you wish to take the spa facilities or hot tub package we would advise bringing extra towels.

Are we able to meet the animals?

Of course!
If you would like to meet our goats Noah and Moses, and/or our sheep Bonnie and Mollie, please just ask us at check in.

Will i need extra wood for the log burner or fire pit?

Your first basket of wood for the wood-burner is complimentary, thereafter it is €8.00 per basket. 1 basket per evening should be enough, but 2 may be required in the colder months. Under no circumstances may you use any other wood than what we provide, this is to prevent any damage to the wood-burner
